The Deep Acceptance Guided Meditation


This particular meditation on deep acceptance is based on the philosophy of dukka, anitya and anatma found in the ancient Buddhist scripture Dhammapada, which all hold common ground in understanding that it's important to embrace the uncertain of life including those fears we do not normally acknowledge. This allows for full presence and the ability to let go of expectation as we open the heart and door to all moments.
